“Points” means the virtual reward units credited to your wallet for validated gameplay.

Do not impersonate another person or provide false registration details.
Do not post or transmit abusive, obscene, hateful or unlawful content anywhere on the site.
Do not interfere with other players’ access to the platform.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or database.

4. Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Rules

All games are monitored by automated anti-fraud systems. Unusual score patterns, impossible completion times, repeated identical sessions, shared devices and IP-level duplication are flagged for review. Confirmed abuse results in immediate forfeiture of points and closure of the account. Our decision in fraud reviews is final, though you may appeal once through Contact Us.

5. Points and Rewards

Points are a promotional entertainment reward, not currency, not securities and not a stored-value instrument.
Points are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged privately.
We may adjust point values, daily caps, difficulty tiers and withdrawal thresholds at any time.
Clerical or system errors that credit points incorrectly may be reversed without notice.

6. Advertising and Sponsored Content

The platform displays advertisements and may include sponsored games or promotions. Any dealings with advertisers are strictly between you and the advertiser. Play Pak Game is not responsible for third-party products, offers or claims.

7. Third-Party Links

Some pages contain links to external websites such as Google, PTA (pta.gov.pk) or partner platforms. We provide these links for convenience and reference only, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

8. Availability, Updates and Beta Features

New games and features may be released in beta. Beta content can be changed or withdrawn without notice, and points earned during a beta test may be adjusted if a scoring error is found.

We do not warrant that games will be free of bugs or that rewards will always be available in your preferred form.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Play Pak Game, its owners and staff harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions or your misuse of the platform.

11. Account Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by emailing help@playpakgame.com. Any balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure is forfeited.

12. Dispute Resolution

Please raise any dispute with our support team first at help@playpakgame.com. We attempt to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 working days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. Together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, this document is the entire agreement between you and Play Pak Game.

14. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions periodically. The current version is always available on this page, and the “Last updated” date shows when it changed. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
