1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• One person may hold only one Play Pak Game account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at help@playpakgame.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms of service.

3. How Points Are Earned

Points are credited only for rounds that are completed and validated by our server-side scoring engine. Client-side scores are never trusted on their own.

• Every game has a base points value and a per-round maximum.
• A daily earning cap applies to each account, resetting at midnight Pakistan Standard Time.
• Rounds that are abandoned, tampered with, or generated by automated tools earn zero points.
• Points have no cash value until a valid withdrawal is approved and processed.

4. Progressive Difficulty and Payout Scaling

Play Pak Game applies a progressive difficulty system across all games, present and future. As your balance moves closer to the minimum withdrawal threshold, games become gradually harder and point payouts scale down in defined tiers. This mechanism applies uniformly to every player and is a core part of the service. It exists to keep the reward system sustainable and to prevent automated farming. By using the platform you accept that earning rate is not constant.

5. Withdrawals

1. You may request a withdrawal only after your balance reaches the published minimum withdrawal threshold.
2. Withdrawal requests are reviewed manually and may take up to 5 working days.
3. You must supply accurate reward or payment details; we are not responsible for losses caused by wrong details submitted by you.
4. We may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal.
5. Requests linked to cheating, bots, duplicate accounts or abuse will be rejected and the balance forfeited.
6. We may change the minimum withdrawal threshold, reward types and processing timelines with notice on the site.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, emulators or modified clients.
• Creating multiple accounts, or sharing/selling accounts.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or tampering with game files or network requests.
• Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them to help@playpakgame.com.
• Attempting to overload, hack, scrape or disrupt the website or its servers.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing content through any form on the site.

7. Advertisements

Play Pak Game is funded by advertising. Some games and rewards may require watching or viewing ads. Blocking, spoofing or faking ad views is a violation of these terms of service and may result in loss of points.

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, add or remove games and features at any time, including during maintenance or plugin updates.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on playpakgame.com — including games, code, graphics, logos, text and the Play Pak Game name — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of it without written permission.

10. No Gambling and No Guaranteed Income

Play Pak Game does not accept deposits, wagers or stakes. It is not a gambling service, an investment scheme or an employment opportunity. Points earned are promotional rewards for entertainment activity and are not guaranteed income.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Play Pak Game is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost points, lost profits or data loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of rewards validly approved for you in the preceding 30 days.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these terms of service, with or without prior notice. Forfeited balances are not refundable. If you believe a suspension was a mistake, contact Contact Us and we will review the case.

13. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Official references: pta.gov.pk and fia.gov.pk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms of service at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revision.
